Lots of new cushions in stock with Highland cows and thistles.  I have tried to make the cushions more interesting by using different fabrics,  lovely wool plaids and absolutely fantastic trimmings.  The larger cushions are just perfect to snuggle up to on a cold night and the great thing about their size is that you can use standard pillows in them.  So if you have the odd feather pillow lying about it will fit.  There are a number of thistle themed cushions in different colours – Munro and Blair by Voyage, they really do make a statement.  I seem to have a house full of Highland cows now having just bought a huge wall art from Chrysties in Hawick, the panel is one metre square and the highland cow’s eyes just follow you round the room.  This together with the Highland cow sculpture  (called after my Husband) and the numerous cushions I have made, 10 on the sofa alone (Husband has now decreed that enough is enough!) have turned the room into a Scottish landscape.   Don’t even mention the stag related goodies I have seen…….
